I recently stumbled upon the website of Hans Maier, an ocarina maker from Austria. Hans Maier apparently learned ocarina building from Kurt Posch, and his ocarinas appear to be very similar to Posch's instruments. Most notably they all seem to lack the high F. The hole for the left pinky is instead used to play the low B (natural). Funnily, even the prices for Maier's ocarinas copy those of Posch's instruments exactly.

If I had only seen the pictures of them I would be sure they are Kurt Posch ocarinas!

He uses plans from Kurt Posch to build the ocarinas. But do you know if Kurt Posch builds this inline ocarina, too?

He does build an inline polyphonic double, so probably he can also make a half of it:
