It's hylandude!

That should be useful but you can always press the home or page up button. |

That's a good idea. I just regularly open any thread I want to read in a new browser tab, then if I answer or am done reading I just close that tab and the main forum tab is already open. Of course I have to refresh the main forum page every once in a while to see what's current. |

Why not use one of the 'Jump to top' buttons in the bottom right of every post (The one with the arrow on it) and click on the logo or home link once you're back up? You don't need any scrolling. There is no link at the bottom for aesthetic reasons. |

Tbh I didn't know that arrow was for that purpose! But I just use home now, and since everything is well spread on ton, I use active topics religiously. |

I knew about it, but I just use... The button on my keyboard that looks like an arrow with two strikes through it. I can't survive anymore using Tony's smaller keyboard. By the way... What's the 'delete' key for?! Never have I needed to use this key. |

Basically, delete is like backspace, but it backspaces forwards instead of backwards, so if I wrote "lemon" and had my cursor between the m and the o, backspace would delete the m and delete would remove the o. |

I just use the wheel on my mouse. It has very little friction, so I just give it a decent angular momentum and it rolls by itself all the way to the top in a few tenths of a second... But yes, having to actually click on links is sooo lame... Can't wait until they invent a USB human neuro-interface

There's an app for that. No, not really, but it would be nice. I remember an XKCD comic where someone had a USB port installed into their arm so that they could just wait for the software to come out. Oh, and you're such a Physics geek... YAY Edited by shirf02, Feb 7 2010, 02:26 PM.
