That's amazing. Just think of how much that would cost online.
(Not to mention how people online always overcharge.) Do you think it'd be loud or quiet? Quiet as in like a bass ocarina.

Whoa, thats large, i believe noble has a clay equivalent to that, although it uses the whole finger, not keys.

Nice find.

Oh, you mean the Ultrabass?

Spoiler: click to toggle

I think it is indeed a bit larger than the wooden one.

Wow, I guess that's the worlds largest transverse ocarina. Is he playing a open note or is he holding some holes. Is that ocarina for sale though?
But then, who really would want one that big?

Dude that is awesome...I saw those enormous ones Noble sells too, that would be so cool to have! I wonder if you can even get ahold of them without actually going to Taiwan or wherever Noble is, not to mention the cost...But someday when I'm rich I'll figure it out!

Eleven pounds doesn't sound like a whole lot for its size. If this massive wooden ocarina was made of clay, well.... rest assured that it would be a true back-breaker!

Just to let you guys know, its a sub-contrabass, from my knowledge, there is no such thing as an "ultrabass" (lowest ive heard of is a hyperbass)

I only refer to what people call it as they do, so they understand what im talking about, but i think it's just a plain contrabass

Posting weekly game reviews.
That's crazy. I like the idea of using keys, though, because you could extend the range and allow for more accurate tuning.

For such a large ocarina, keys might be a good idea. I imagine the hole sizes would get pretty big at that point, so it would be much easier to play using keys.

The Langley Micro ocarina is really tiny, with a diameter of 3 cm and a height of 1,5 cm. He even claims that it's the world's smallest musical instrument, and I guess he's right.

Speaking of wooden ocarinas, I'd guess Börsljudet makes the smallest ocarinas, his micro-ocarina is 4,5 cm long and 1,6 cm wide.

I just hope it hasn't rotted away, unloved and unappreciated somewhere.
