As Andy stated, the voting has closed. We just want to confirm the results with all the judges and tie up any loose ends before officially announcing the winners *drum roll* Oh and by the way, there are now THREE prizes. A WPN Double Pendant ocarina was added  It has been a very meaningful and exciting event! Thank you everybody who participated and organized! ROFL I just realised how interesting the three prizes are (they came together indepedendently by different contributors). We have an Italian, American and Asian ocarina (cultural diversity). On top of that, it's Sweet potato, Inline and Pendant  Coincidence?!

honestly, I would love to get any of the three prizes. I Like the portability/indestructability of the mountains, not to mention a sweet tone. And of course the fabio menaglio's, who doesn't like the sound of them, they sound incredible. |

I thought all three winners really personified thier feelings about the global ocarina community. It was a great job all around! My personal system of judging included a combined score for Storytelling plus Accompaniment. Both were wieghed equally on a score of 1-5 each, for a total of 10. There was a clear 1-3 place (with a score of 9 and two 8s) but 4th place was held by EIGHT people with a score of 7. There were a lot of wonderful videos, so you should all be proud! |
