I'm not sure that this is the right forum for this topic. If it isn't, please move it.

I found this wooden pendant ocarina on Amazon, and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about it. I've also never heard of the seller, Ocarina Wind. This ocarina is not on their website, but only on Amazon. If anyone has any advice, I'd be glad to hear it. :)

The brand for this ocarina is Le Tu. The maker is Yimin Hou. He makes wooden music instruments. It's a sopranino F, and it plays ok. But imo, it's not worth $30 USD. Especially since he sells it for much cheaper himself. I got mine as a gift from him.

I see. So do you think it's worth buying one directly from him, or should I just forget it?

It's not a bad pendant. pretty comfortable to hold and play, but it's higher pitch, being SSF. It can get pretty obnoxious. You can get it from him for about $15 USD on his TaoBao store, but that doesn't include shipping. In the end, you'd probably end up spending about the same or more.
