Hey everyone! Lets talk about ACWW! First a few questions... Who is your favorite character? What is your favorite way to make money? In your opinion what is the best way to make money? What is the name of your town? How Long have you had the game? Yes,I am asking some of these questions for my benefit  And I don't like the name of my town, or how I made my money(doing jobs for people from Animal Crossing Community who paided my outlandish amounts of bells I.E. 800,000 bells for 25 flowers!) If yes, what should I name my town? And FYI I have all of the rooms but the back room and can a Mod/Admin add a poll for this question? I didn't realize the "add poll" button made a newe topic too. Thank you! |

Fave character....prolly K.K. Slider Fave way to make money....TT for intrest lol Best way to make money without cheating is a foreign fruit orchard, but picking fruit and bringing it to Nook gets tedious. Name of my town is Nohohon after the japanese solar powered bobbleheads, it also means something like relaxation, and I thought that was very appropriate. I have two cartridges, one to restart and TT on hehehe, that town is called Hyrule, and is inhabited by Link, Zelda, Midna and Zant  I have had the game since august 2007 I think, and up untill a few months ago I played religiously every day. Should you restart? Sure why not? ^^ If I start playing again I don't think I will restart though. I'll just change the date in the DS to a year or more back so I won't get any weeds. I worked too hard to restart, mostly TT-ed for Redd items and not for money anyway. Gawd I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of AC:Wii *drool* |

I think my fav character is K.K. too
THe best way of making money for me is fruit picking, I have my entire town covered in foreign fruit trees, so much that I could make about 95.000 bells in 30 mins of collecting and selling. even so, pelly in the town hall kept tellingme to plant more greenery (!?)Around feb I havent been playing, too busy with college work! also i has this weird realisation- the 'capitalism' of the game was starting to bug me :/ playing for hours every day, saving money....to buy things for a house and then a bigger house...and then after that...? It seemed like such a reflection of the real world of comsumption and materialism, and of futility it actually depressed me! So I've had to stop playing for a while  Though when my summer hols come around I might give it a go again- purely for the fishing and to hear K.K.'s songs I do LOVE the fishing! |

The environment rating is not affected by the amount of trees (unless you cut them all down) but by the amount of flowers in your town
 Plant lots and lots of flowers to get a perfect town rating! You should have seen my town at one point....FLOWERS EVERYWHERE O_O |

Ok, I guess I will restart after school today(TON before breakfast FTW!) ANd the funny thing is we think alike Myung, I was thinking of making my town Hyrule with Link, are there any good Link hats? If not I might go Mario! |

I tried it with the flowers but it was costing me a fortune, plus all the watering was driving me crazy! :wacko: Hehe! Plus then that's less room for fruit trees |

Nope unfortunately not, only Mario and Luigi hats. I also have the AC:WW official game guide, which is sadly only available in japanese. But it shows pictures of everything in the game, so it's a great visual reference! Me and my mom(another AC fanatic) refer to it as our Animal Crossing bible lol.
Tell me about it....try watering hundreds of flowers everyday T__T I had beautiful flower beds sorted by flower species...so pretty.... :wub: |

You start in a cab talking to the driver, heading to a new town. When you arrive you get a small one room house from a raccoon named Tom Nook. To pay off your loan you will need to work. You can run errands for the locals, go fishing, bug hunting, plant fruit trees and pick the fruit. The goal of the game is ultimately to expand your house and collect all items in the game. There's alot to do in this game, yet the game never forces you to do anything. It will however rob you of your spare time and social life lol... |

Yup! Hooray for a social life consisting of TON only! Ok so I have a social life...sort of...Ok well here goes nothing...restarting my town now, hopefully I won't regret it and cry
But a 3 to 0 vote has me sold

Im with KK all the way but AC gets to repeative for me the same thing over and over dont get me wrong. I love this game its Ace.

wow...still haven't restarted....Part of me really wants to and part of me doesn't... hmmmm...I guess I will do it, I mean I don't even play it now so how much can I miss my town? I guess I will do it once I have a town and character name...any ideas? |
