Terry Riley's replica is played just like an English style pendant. Those three holes off to the side don't get covered, just for show. I wonder why the game developers made the ocarina that way? Had they ever seen an ocarina before? |

Nice ocs there kingocarina. I take it your left handed? Nice home made ocs too, my home made one is really bumpy and the design I painted on it was the uhh croix de lorraine or something like that(cross of lorraine) it's like a cross with a shorter line over the main cross. After I painted that in black I put some light grey trim around it and then a dark grey all over the oc and then I realised I had pretty much just painted the iron cross! There's some german folks on the forum right? Can you tell me if that's a nazi symbol or if it's just german? No there's no swastika in the middle. |

Ok sorry if this is double posting but I wanted to list my full ocarina collection now: 1. songbird zelda replica 5 hole 2. songbird alto pendant 5 hole 3. songbird soprano pendant 5 hole 4. clayz mini ocarina(pendant) 4 hole 5. peruvian ocarina (saucer kinda shape) 8 hole 6. home made ocarina 4 hole 7. Anita Feng necklace ocarina 4 hole 8. Anita Feng soprano sweet potato 10 hole and 9 is a matte black focalink alto single chamber ocarina which is being made and I'll have it soon.(12 hole) Oh and I forgot I also have a broken anita feng alto sweet potato that I may be able to glue back together(hopefully) Edited by Tye Possum, Nov 6 2008, 03:20 PM.

Something gives me the feeling, kissing, that you get almost as much joy out of passing on ocarinas and spreading their joy as you do playing them. I'm thinking about giving away my WPN "Tenor" when I have a Focalink double AC (because I hardly even use it now...) but I don't know who I could give it to. |

That's an aweomse collection Sam! I'm jealous of its size and to think, you've given away multiple Ocarinas too! You are so generous, giving away old Ocarinas! I'm assuming the second MapAram case holds your woodsound? I really want to get one of those Double SGs they are so awesome! You are so lucky to have a grandfather who plays Ocarina as well! I would love to see a duet! |

Indeed Things are more enjoyable when shared. And the thing with me is, I don't need many ocarinas to be happy. Out of that collection, I only use about 5 or so for any serious playing. The ones I don't use much, but are still capable instruments, I really don't mind giving them away to people nearby who would absolutely love it
In one Maparam case, I hold the Triple and the Focalink D-SG. The other one holds the Pancharina and Maparam SC. Woodsound has a nice red silk case of its own ^^ Spoiler: click to toggle

Woah cool! How did you get a clayz mini zelda replica pendant? I haven't seen those before. Also can you choose whether you get a 5 or 6 hole pendant from clayz? Also how come that one clayz pendant on the right is a different size from the others? Oh and since when are xuns an ocarina? They look nice though. Sorry for all the questions but you have a very cool oc collection! |
