Dorine is the Chair of the Dutch Bamboo Pipers Guild's construction committee. She is quite a builder, musician, and teacher. This "ocarina" was taken to this year's international symposium in Switzerland.

Thought some of you may be interested in her experiments.

That's a really neat idea. It looks like it would be rather difficult to play and carry around. Does it sound good?

I would love to see a video or hear what it sounds like. What sort of scale does it have? Those holes look really small for that huge volume.
