Guidelines and Rules in Submitting a Score

Hey guys,

Thank you for your contribution in this section of the forum. Your contributions are greatly appreciated by us and the community of The Ocarina Network.

Some guidelines that you should observe for submitting a score are as follows.

* The format of the topic title for new scores is: [Title] for [Ocarina Type]
* Include title, original composer, mode, ranges, instruments used and the creator of the score on the post body.
* Upload your score's graphic file online on photo hosting sites (I use photobucket) and use the IMG Code they provide to show the score on the forum.
* If possible, attach midi of the music. Because the forum does not allow .mid files to be attached, compress these midi files using .zip (not .rar as mac users won't be able to download .rar) and upload them. Alternatively you can go to Ripway and upload the files there.
* Attach midi of the music (with the melody/ocarina part) and backtrack where possible
* Handwritten scores are accepted as long as they are neat and legible.
* Remember § 2.3 of the TON Rules & Guidelines.

These guidelines are just to maintain an organised forum and to minimise a moderator's or an admin's job. Please try to follow these simple guidelines to ensure your submitted score to be posted quickly.
